Had an amazing experience at Boil Bay Seafood City in Virginia Beach! The food was delicious, fresh, and well-seasoned, but what truly made the visit exceptional was the service. Megan was an outstanding server attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Her excellent customer service made our dining experience even better. The only area for improvement is the cleanliness of the bathroom, it could use some maintenance and more frequent cleaning. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Highly recommend this place for great seafood and top-notch service!

We were a party of 5, pleasantly greeted by the hostess. Seated promptly. Our waiter greeted us with a smile and took all orders with attention to detail. We received everything accurately. My only complaint was my margarita. The flavor was off, and our waiter quickly replaced it. The bathroom was clean, and the ambiance and music were just right. Plenty of parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I'm here visiting from Texas, and I will definitely return again.

The food was very good. My husband had the shrimp Po boy and I had the catfish basket and I choose sweet potato fries. The food was very good and prices reasonable with good portions. They had music and the atmoshpere and service at the bar was good. We were originally seated at a table but it took too long for a server to come to out table so we went to the bar. It was a weekend and they were pretty busy with large parties.

Omg!! This place is a smash!! I don’t even know where to tell you to start! The freshness, the flavor, the seasoning... you just need to try it yourself! Throw your bib, your gloves on, and get your cracker and get cracking’.

Very good food. Great service. Only issue I had here was the music was so loud I had trouble speaking with my daughter while there and trying to enjoy our meal. Love going there though and will continue to go back

I would like to share this review with every manager over this company. Kit is the perfect example of excellent customer service from the time I was seated. She was there immediately to let me know that she would be my waiter and what could she offer me to drink? I asked for water she brought it back immediately. Always had a smile. Every time she greeted my table made very good eye contact... her manners was out of this world, very sweet, very pleasant very mindful and respectable. I sat back and watched her serve the whole side of where I was sitting by herself not one time. Did she miss a beat of customer service with also checking on all of her customers as well. I really enjoyed my lunch with her today. I wish I could have tipped her more than I did, but sometimes we just don’t have it, but she definitely deserved it. I would like to say thank you for the company for having someone like kit be a server at your restaurant. She really makes the place look really good customer service on excellent and because of her, I will be bringing my whole crew of a birthday party of 25 in two weeks and I would like to request her as at least one of our servers. Thank you so much for having her. We really need more people like kit in customer service

First thing first I want to say is the music they play is so good it had me grooving in my seat, it was definitely right up there with the food. The food is very fresh and very good but make sure you ask for extra seasoning cause they are a little light with it but still very good. The service and atmosphere is wonderfully warm and comforting. My only problem is the restrooms you can tell immediately nobody cleans the restrooms both men and women's cause my gf said she didn't even want to sit on the seat she had to hover over it just to use the toilet, it's really bad please take pride in the bathroom like yall do the food please. I will be coming back strickly for the food and music
